What to expect during a typical training session:
  • Dryland Warm-Up (10–15 min):
    – Full-body warm-up to prepare muscles and joints
    – Resistance band work to activate swimming-specific movements
    – Introduction and demonstration of the day’s technique
  • Pool Warm-Up:
    – Gentle laps to adjust to water
    – Breathing drills and mobility exercises
  • Skill Focus Segment:
    – Practice of new technical elements (stroke, turn, start, etc.)
    – Drills adapted to your level (beginner to elite)
  • Main Training Set:
    – Structured swimming sets for endurance, speed, and control
    – Focus on applying technique under real effort
  • Cool Down & Feedback:
    – Easy swimming and relaxation
    – Brief summary, feedback, and motivation from the coach
